Delivery information

We do our best to ship within 2 working days of ordering.

United Kingdom orders
For orders under 2kg, your order will be shipped by Royal Mail 1st class post. Delivery of your item is quoted at 1 to 3 days. Royal Mail do not guarantee this service. You will not receive a tracking number.

For orders over 2kg, a courier will be used. Delivery will be between 2 and 4 days. This is not guaranteed. Please be aware you will be required to sign for your item.

International orders
For orders under 2kg your item will be shipped by Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery is usually 5 to 10 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed.

For orders over 2kg a courier will be used. Delivery will be between 3 and 5 days. This is not guaranteed. You will not always get a tracking number for this service. Please be aware you will be required to sign for your item.


Orders that are late
If your order has not arrived in the stated delivery time, please contact us by email at sales@minifigforlife.com where we will help you as much as we can. Please be aware that the delivery of your order is out of our hands and relies upon the service of the Royal Mail, courier or local postal service.

Late orders usually turn up eventually, however we will sometimes ship a replacement order to you. If this happens you are legally responsible to return or pay for the original item should it arrive.

We will not be able to always provide a refund straight away for a late parcel. This is because the Royal Mail and other services do not consider a parcel to be lost until several days after its scheduled delivery date. In order for Minifigforlife to claim for a lost package we have to have waited for the designated number of days for it to arrive. For Royal Mail 1st class, this is 15 working days, and for Airmail this can be 5 weeks.
